And On the Increase

Wow. This thing in my hip is only getting worse. Today it was bad enough that it was very hard to just sit down and back, you know, like to relax into your chair. I could sit in the seat and sort of perch forwards but there was still a dull ache in my hip. Hard to move around in certain ways as well. On a scale from one to ten, maybe an eight. I think in my bad days of my chronic stuff, I was saying it was a seven to eight, but I've changed my mind. It was more like a four to five compared to this. I'm still holding hope out that this will be short...
