A resident who was in the Navy shared these silly little acronyms with me. Some I knew from my time in the Navy. I thought I would share them with you before tossing the bit of paper they were written down on.
NAVY = Never Again Volunteer Yourself
ARMY = Ain't Ready for Marines Yet
MARINE = Muscles Are Required Intelligence Not Essential
MARINE = My Ass Rides In Navy Equipment
USMC = Uncle Sam's Misguided Children
PFM = Pure Fucking Magic (when something seems to "magically" fix itself after being broken)
