I got into work today and learned we have this new template to add to our already ridiculous notes. And no seeming real reason it is needed, since with our old version of doing daily progress notes, we got full marks, flying colors, whatever for our last inspection by the Department of Mental Health and Community Care Licensing.

But this FUCKING WHACK new way of doing the daily notes and one weekly took me SIX FUCKING HOURS to finish. I mean, what the hell. Is this work about People or about Paper????

Oh, and my boss is still a Cunt.
