A while ago, there was this craze called Lolcat, which basically consisted of taking photo of a cat and adding a funny caption to it. That's it. (well, apparently a little bit more to it, read Wiki). But it was huge for a while. The word Kitty became "Kitteh" (pronounced Kit - Teh) for some reason and it's all very cute and funny.
Read the very interesting Wiki article on LolCat. I was quite fascinated by it.

But the LOL craze is not limited to just cats apparently. You can convert anything into a LOL "Cat". Take this example:
So apparently, one could really use anything.
